Lynn Williams, Chapter 1156 in Heber Springs accepted the position of Arkansas Federation Historian at the Arkansas Federation of NARFE Convention in 2011. Lynn is in need of photographs, news articles or any news item of a special event which your chapter or chapter member was involved in. Photos and other information should have the chapter number and name, name(s) of person(s) in the photo and event which the photo depicts.
